I actually had the opportunity to meet Mr. & Mrs. Fisher. I was working at Banana Republic as personal shopper. As I deal with the normal pressure of maintaining my $100.000 a day sales goal, I was approach by a wealthy, mature, male and female couple. They directly ask to speak to my manager. I nervously responded by asking them can I help them with anything. They insist that they speak to a manager and to address them as Mr. & Mrs. Fisher. Within minutes, my mind began to race and wonder why that name ring importance. That’s when I remember my Gap orientation training, about Mr. & Mrs. Fisher, Gap Co-founder. OMG, Yes, I replied…a manager will be right with you.
